  Peter, the owner, is rude, does not listen to his customers’ side of the story, tells lies to further his agenda and harassed me at my place of work after the issue was “resolved”. Further he sought external channels to speak to my supervisor over a matter not work related in the slightest. He is two faced - when speaking to people he believes he can take advantage of, he is aggressive and one of his workers attempted to bully me into paying for a service I never asked for. When involved in a conversation with my superior he attempted to appear polite, whilst lying about the events that had taken place. I strongly advise potential customers to think seriously about what other options they have before coming here.

  A honsest and experienced crew at Northside Automatives. I recentley had my old car serviced and it is now driving remarkably well. Not only were Peter and his staff patient and took the time to explain in detail what my car needed, they were also being upfront with costs at every step prior to any repairs. If you are looking for a local and geniune mechanic who's focus is both on cars and customer service this is the place to go.
